Sealed Grove Dies and Punches

The risk of oil contamination from the machines lubrication system can be reduced by fitting the Bellows onto upper punches forming a flexible seal. Bellow has been developed for Euro 'B' and 'D' type punches.

Once the punches are positioned in the turret, a simple operation of pushing the bellows over the punch tip results in forming an excellent seal for protecting product contamination.

Use of the bellows will improve the punch performance within the press by reducing the amount of contamination in the punch guide, and help improve the life of the tooling.
